Asetek Forte® Formula Steering Wheel

Inspired by real Formula cars, the Asetek SimSports® Forte® Formula Steering Wheel is thoroughly designed by racers and Sim Racers. This steering wheel incorporates feedback from Sim Racing while being designed and engineered to align with the real racing feel. Keeping such feedback in mind, we've rebuilt it from the ground up under the mission to "create the best Sim Racing Formula wheel, like our other products, without breaking the bank." Many wheels gain strength and rigidity from the front faceplate and handle in both Sim and real racing. However, this results in size and design restrictions. To achieve maximum rigidity while making it easy to swap handles or add clutches and DRS paddles, we adopted an injection-molded chassis made of a composite of carbon, glass, and plastic, achieving very high rigidity and strength. Additionally, we use laser-etched forged carbon exteriors to ensure strength and rigidity are not dependent on the handlebars.

Furthermore, the handle is replaceable and upgradable, allowing you to finish it with your preferred steering wheel! Currently, two sizes are available. The default fits perfectly for average-sized hands, and the XL version is for larger hands.

The ergonomic handle is made of comfortable, soft, and durable silicone rubber, easy to clean and disinfect, providing ultimate comfort and control regardless of whether you're wearing racing gloves. Options for easy handle swapping are provided for quick future upgrades in color, size, shape, and hardness.

The wheel front features a 1mm thick carbon plate, beautifully arranging the button switches.

The Asetek SimSports® Forte® Formula Steering Wheel is equipped with abundant input options and allows for customization and mapping of buttons, switches, encoders, and paddles through RaceHub™, giving you an advantage in the game. It comes equipped with 12 push buttons, 2 two-way toggle switches, 2 seven-way funky switches, 3 rotary encoders, and 6 thumb encoders, allowing you to control all settings.

All buttons, switches, and rotaries are of the highest quality standard, fully tested and verified by our automatic button testing machine, ensuring reliable everyday use for many years.

The Forte® wheel is equipped with 49 customizable aRGB LEDs, including rev lights and flag lights, not only customizing the look of your steering but also enhancing its operability.

The backside is equipped with two non-contact magnetic shifter paddles by default, allowing for fast and seamless gear shifting. An upgrade to a dual clutch is also possible, which can be used for overtaking or activating DRS. All paddles and related mechanics are injection-molded with ultra-lightweight and high rigidity carbon composite material, similar to the wheel chassis.

All Asetek SimSports® steering wheels come with our unique quick-release system, allowing you to easily detach the wheel from the base like a gear shift, with just a push of a paddle! Of course, without the need for wireless signals, batteries that require charging, or cables that can break or disconnect.
